Stay Calm

Do you ever feel just like you want to explode. Like you want to punch and kick someone really hard! here's what you do:
1) STOP-stop what you're doing!
2) CALM DOWN-calm yourself down by taking deeeeeeep breaths.
3) REST-go lay down somewhere and rest.
You'll be feeling better already! If you're at school and you can't lay down anywhere, try to wait until recess, you might be completely calm by then!
